B&B Tire Pros is seeking an experienced and motivated Tire Shop Service Manager to lead our team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a background in tire and automotive services, and a commitment to delivering top-notch customer service. Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the tire shop, ensuring efficiency and quality service.Manage work flowReviews quality of workmanship to ensure compliance with Company standardsAssist customers with tire selection, pricing, and service recommendations.Manages shop equipment, including maintenance and purchase of capital equipmentManages shop cleanlinessEnsures employees are in compliance with Company Quality Control Program, Company Safety Policy, OSHA and EPA regulationsInspects each vehicle and ensures customers are satisfiedManages the performance of service department personnelMonitor shop performance and implement improvements as needed.Manage and train service technicians, ensuring productivity and adherence to company standards.Desired Qualifications
Strong knowledge of tire products, services, and installation processes.Experience managing an auto repair store.Knowledge of auto / truck tire industry2+ years of tire or auto repair management experienceStrong communication and management skillsExcellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentProficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills.Valid drivers license
