Overview :

Seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct care, administer medications, and support resident care plans at the Indiana Veterans' Home. You'll work under moderate supervision, ensuring quality care and overseeing Nurse Aides.

Key Responsibilities :

Administer medications and treatments.
Provide personal care, adhering to safety and infection control.
Document care, respond to resident requests, and assist in care planning.
Maintain medication records and complete shift reports.

Requirements :

Indiana LPN license with First Aid, Mantoux, and CPR certifications.

Strong communication, documentation, and nursing skills.
