Position Title : Operations Coordinator – Fabrication & Field Support

We are a fast-paced structural steel fabrication and erection company known for delivering high-quality results on complex projects. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Coordinator to support our managers, streamline jobsite and shop communication, and bring structure to our day-to-day logistics.

Role Overview :

The Operations Coordinator will be the hub that connects project managers, field crews, and procurement. This role ensures that material orders, inventory, paperwork, and resource allocation are efficiently handled and communicated across departments.

Compensation : $22 - $35 hourly

Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities :

• Support project managers with scheduling, document organization, and task tracking
• Coordinate material and equipment needs between field crews and the shop
• Manage inventory, track usage, and assist in reorders to avoid delays
• Organize project documents, submittals, and delivery receipts
• Communicate with vendors and suppliers to acquire materials in a timely, cost-effective manner
• Monitor project progress and help keep teams aligned and resourced
