Bilingual Senior Office Specialist
Yamhill County has one regular full-time position for a bilingual Senior Office Specialist to work in the Adult Behavioral Health Division. Your duties in this role will include receptionist services, phones, OHP assister help, scheduling client appointments and group rooms, updating clinicians' schedules in the Electronic Health Record system, processing intakes, enrollments, and terminations, managing petty cash and special needs requests, taking meeting minutes, copying, ordering supplies, and gathering, analyzing data, processing records requests and subpoenas, with minimal direction, and other duties as assigned. Some evening and / or weekend work may be required. Bilingual in Spanish and English is required.

The Qualifications :
Fluency in English and Spanish is required. Applicants will be required to pass skills tests including typing, document production, and Spanish. Successful completion of a background check is also required.
