This unique position of Branch Flex Banker (Float) requires an individual to have previous banking experience and the ability to adapt to a changing environment.

This position supports a hybrid on-site / remote work schedule based on assignment. Travel is required within our Branch Network, with a home base at the Customer Solutions Center in Richmond, RI. Premium pay will be considered.

What your responsibilities will be :

• While actively engaging with the customer, process customer transactions accurately
• Understanding and applying bank policies and procedures
• Provide a superior banking experience for the customer through a relationship building approach
• Proactively seek and recommend the best products and services to fit the customer's needs
• Contribute to the achievement of sales objectives
• Accurately and efficiently process and manage customer transactions
• Understand and navigate various bank systems and equipment (ATMs, cash counting machines, cash recycler)

This is a 40-hour work week position. Availability required during these times :

Monday-Friday 7 : 45AM-6 : 15PM; Saturday 7 : 45AM-1 : 15PM

Must have reliable transportation, we offer mileage reimbursement for travel beyond base location.
