Job descriptionResponsible for implementing and enforcing an internal Quality audit schedule to ensure all locations are complying with the requirements of relevant quality accreditations. Maintain the management system and identify and implement initiatives to improve it, including all procedures and processes. Responsible for Document and Record Control, including maintenance of Controlled Document Register. Perform duties necessary to Management of Change and NCR processes as directed by Quality Manager; includes communication of changes to relevant personnel. Implement formal QMS training program for employees. Advise, guide, support, promote awareness, and coach all personnel with the implementation of the company's policies and procedures; ensure employees are following and complying with QMS. Oversee record completion in accordance with PRT policy and procedures. Review and approve completed Work Orders, Build Procedures, Maintenance / Test Procedures, etc.; includes closure of Work Orders in RTMS to ensure all equipment scheduled for Operational Loadouts are current on maintenance requirements. File Work Orders and all equipment maintenance records in equipment databooks per electronic filing system to ensure completion and accuracy. Assist with maintenance of fixed asset information in RTMS as needed. Communicate with supervisors and coordinators on maintenance and repair of equipment status(s) to ensure efficiency. Handle Quality-related requests from Project Coordinators for upcoming jobs. Work with management on continuous improvement of Quality Management System. Complete other projects at the request of the Management. High School Diploma or equivalent College Degree or comparable experience 2+ Years Quality experience required Oil & Gas Industry experience preferred Microsoft Office Quality Management Systems Familiar with industry Quality certifications, including ISO 9001 and API Q2
