Role Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Intellectual Property (IP) Operations Specialist to join our team. This role is a people leader position responsible for managing a small team of professionals while driving key initiatives in budget management enterprise compliance and risk management frameworks High Risk Country (HRC) strategy and processes and procedures. The ideal candidate will possess specialized knowledge in intellectual property operations a strong understanding of the aerospace industry and the ability to lead functional teams and projects with broad responsibility and complexity.

Key Competencies

Requires specialized knowledge in intellectual property operations and / or breadth of expertise within the discipline.
Strong knowledge of the aerospace industry and understanding of the functions value in light of industry trends.
Uses high levels of expertise analytical skills and judgment to make decisions issue-spot analyze and solve complex problems that impact the function or the business.
May lead functional teams or projects with broad responsibility and complexity in domain directly or indirectly.
