A company is looking for a Senior Revenue Manager to optimize property listing performance and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Manage revenue for all listings in the assigned region, responsible for over $100M in revenue
Develop and implement an annual revenue strategy for the portfolio to optimize revenue
Analyze demand and pricing trends to drive bookings and maintain listing market position
Required Qualifications
8+ years of pricing and / or direct revenue management experience
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or relevant experience preferred
Working knowledge of Tableau, Excel, SQL, or similar business intelligence software
Ability to operate effectively with limited oversight and prioritize high-impact actions
Confidence in risk analysis and implementing revenue strategies based on outcomes
