Summary of Universal Banker Duties : Provides account services to customers : opening new accounts, receiving deposits and loan payments, cashing checks, issuing savings withdrawals; recording night and mail deposits; selling cashier's checks; answering questions in person or on telephone; daily reconciliation of drawer; promoting to other bank products / services.

To be successful as a Universal Banker at Middlefield Bank :

• Experience in opening new accounts for both consumers and businesses
• Experienced and knowledgeable in cash handling skills
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and data entry skills
• Works with integrity and honesty in a team atmosphere
