About the Role
We are seeking a Brand Manager to lead marketing strategy and execution for a portfolio of fastener brands recognized for their precision, performance, and reliability. In this role, you will :
- Develop and execute brand plans that strengthen market positioning and drive growth across construction, industrial, and retail channels
- Lead multi-channel campaigns and guide creative direction for packaging, advertising, digital content, and promotional materials
- Partner closely with Sales leadership to support go-to-market strategies and customer programs for distributors and end users
- Monitor market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation
- Set and track KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and present insights to senior leadership for strategic decision-making
- Supervise and mentor an Assistant Brand Manager, fostering collaboration, accountability, and professional growth

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)5–7 years of brand management or marketing experience, ideally in B2B or industrial manufacturingProven success in developing and executing marketing strategies that deliver measurable growthStrong analytical, communication, and project management skillsExperience with creative direction and digital marketing (social, email, paid media, SEO)Proficiency with marketing automation and project tools (HubSpot, Pardot, Asana, or equivalent)Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence at all levels of the organizationAbility to travel for customer meetings, tradeshows, and site visitsCompensation & Benefits
