Shift Manager

This will be an hourly position with all benefits. Expectations are to fulfill a leadership role during training and development.

This leader will serve as the creative mind behind the guest experience within the walls of our restaurant at Chick-fil-A Mayfield Heights. He / She will oversee, contribute to & empower team members to serve a “REMARK” able products and service fast and in a refreshingly clean environment. This individual must be motivated and embody the vision of the business. He / She should be highly intentional, set goals, and give regular coaching and performance feedback to the team. In addition to; a servant’s heart and joy engaging with guests and team members in a fast-paced, wonderfully diverse location.

Flexibility in scheduling, both morning and evening

Works equivalent to 45 hours per week in the restaurant

Must be over 18+ years old

Must have previous management experience 2+years in one location

Salary : $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours : No more than 45 per week
