Job descriptionProven ability to operate heavy equipment safely and effectively Strong commitment to safety and environmental compliance Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure Good communication skills and teamwork mindset Flexibility to work night shifts and adapt to changing priorities Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check Must be eligible to work in the United States and comply with all company policies Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level. Job Responsibilities
- Operate a front-end loader to feed raw materials into the plant efficiently and safely
- Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Maintain a clean and organized work area around the pit and loading zones
- Communicate with team members to ensure continuous material flow
- Follow all safety procedures and environmental regulations
