Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Lead based in Amityville, NY. The Inside Sales Lead will oversee customer interactions, generate sales leads, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include engaging with customers in-store, providing product knowledge, processing orders, and resolving customer inquiries. The role includes building relationships with clients and supporting the team to drive sales growth and meet company objectives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to drive revenue and grow the customer base
• Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to deliver an excellent experience
• Clear and effective Communication skills for building and maintaining relationships with customers and team members
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment
• Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles is a plus
• Understanding of building materials, mouldings, or related products is advantageous
