As a Global Key Account Manager Operational, you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with strategically important clients, ensuring an exceptional experience from the operational perspective. This role requires a dynamic, customer-oriented person capable of managing the operational aspects of key accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction that drive retention and growth.
In addition, this position represents both air and maritime logistics services for global accounts, performing a special function similar to that of a team leader. The Global Manager leads the Key Account Operational team, promoting close and efficient collaboration aligned with the client's objectives. The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally with various internal teams to deliver comprehensive, personalized, and high-value solutions for each client.
How you create impact
Establish and maintain strong and lasting relationships with clients, through constant communication and building trust.
Act as the main operational contact point for assigned key accounts, ensuring that their needs are met efficiently.
Manage escalations within the business units (Maritime and Air), including structural claims, ensuring agile and effective resolution.
Increase customer satisfaction and loyalty through specific solutions, tailored to their requirements and aligned with their strategic objectives.
Facilitate the implementation of new businesses, thanks to deep knowledge of the client and acting as an expert in Kuehne + Nagel's internal operational capabilities.
What we would like you to bring
Proven experience in managing multinational organizations and multiple business units.
Experience in managing client relationships and communication, preferably as an OKAM.
Deep knowledge of import and export logistics operations (Sea and / or Air Logistics), including safety systems and protocols.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make decisions based on them.
