• Design functional movement programs that work around injuries and limitations
• Build trusted relationships with clients, navigating midlife health challenges
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and create personalized training plans
• Collaborate with our team to continuously improve client outcomes
• Help members achieve real-world strength for daily activities and recreation
