The Server Assistant is responsible for providing food, beverages, and exemplary customer service to members and guests. Displaying a positive attitude with having knowledge about the food and beverage menu will ensure member / guest satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities :

• Help maintain the culture and positive vibe of the brand experiences while serving guests
• Set up tables before service with appropriate utensils and napkins, and bus tables by removing dirty dishes and trash
• Assist in placing the appropriate tableware guests need to enjoy their meal
• Master memorizing the menu and recommending appetizers, meals, and drinks
• Deliver food orders to guests quickly and accurately
• Check in with guests to ensure their experience is satisfactory
• Deliver a memorable dining experience by resolving all guest issues promptly and professionally
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations
• Promptly clear, clean, and reset tables between courses and after guest departure
• Refill water glasses and assist with beverage service as needed
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations
• Assist servers with running food, delivering bread, setting tableware, etc.
• Monitor guest needs discreetly and anticipate requests without interrupting the dining experience
• Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance at all times
• Support the flow of service during busy periods and special events
• Communicate effectively with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff to ensure guest satisfaction
• Other duties, responsibilities, and requirements may be assigned as necessary
