SEASON : October December

SHIFT : 3 : 30 pm 8 : 15 PM, Sunday - Saturday

EXPECTED HOURS : 20+

GENERAL SUMMARY

Cuyahoga Valley Scenic Railroad (CVSR) seeks candidate with a strong customer service background to help manage the experience of passengers our North Pole Adventure. They will be responsible for greeting guests, directing guests to parking spaces, and keeping parking areas orderly to ensure that space usage is maximized.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Be festive and energetic!
• Direct motorists to parking areas or parking spaces, using hand signals or flashlights as necessary
• Interact with passengers and volunteers in a welcoming atmosphere
• Complete basic clean up procedures during and after the program
• Communicate with customer service to ensure guests are adequately checked in
• Perform other duties as assigned

CVSRs mission is to provide educational, recreational and heritage railroad experiences and provide alternative transportation to and within Cuyahoga Valley National Park and the Ohio & Erie Canalway.
