Overview

We have a new practice opportunity for a fellowship trained breast surgeon to join our team in Kitsap County. This is an excellent opportunity for a breast surgeon who is looking to both work clinically and help build our center of excellence. We recently opened a brand new state of the art hospital in Silverdale, with a new comprehensive cancer center and certified specialists to coordinate patient care. Position highlights

• Breast Surgery Call, with no General Surgery call requirements
• Mix of clinic, OR and hospital rounding
• A weekly multidisciplinary tumor board providing recommendations for all new and postoperative patients
• Weekly Multidisciplinary Breast Cancer Clinic for newly diagnosed patients
• Dedicated breast health team focused on nonsurgical patients in Breast Clinic
• Breast radiologists who perform mammography, ultrasound and MRI exams and core biopsies with each of the modalities
• Access to partial and whole breast radiation
• A reconstructive service with a full spectrum of patient choices
• Clinical research and trials available
