Key Responsibilities
Provide timely solutions to IT problems to minimize downtime
Document known issues and collaborate with project teams to enhance knowledge
Deliver over-the-phone technical support for desktop applications and network troubleshooting
Required Qualifications
At least six months of related experience or a combination of experience and technical certifications
Proficiency in troubleshooting and installing computer, printer, and network systems
Ability to diagnose and resolve issues with Microsoft products and healthcare applications
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
