ModMed is hiring a driven Senior Software Engineer to join our Product Development team focused on designing and developing cutting-edge healthcare software systems in a fast-paced Healthcare IT environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality code on time by following coding best practices.
• Learn and gain expertise in the business domain and technology stack with minimal guidance.
• Maintain a production-first mindset focused on scale, uptime, and rapid triage / resolution of production issues.
• Simplify complex requirements into manageable deliverables by developing technical specifications and user stories.
• Contribute to test automation and participate in peer reviews to increase product quality.
• Ensure deliverables meet functional and non-functional criteria and drive changes when outcomes are misaligned.
• Provide timely, helpful feedback to peers and managers and solicit feedback to improve continuously.
