Are you a Senior SQA Engineer who thrives in a dynamic fast-paced environment testing both hardware and software Do you want to helpvalidatenew hardware firmware and software for Evolvs Express and Expedite productsand play a critical role in supporting our growing fleet in the field

Evolv is seeking a Senior SQA Engineer to design test plansvalidatenew features and ensure quality across our physical product lines. This role is essential for qualifying new hardware supporting existing systems in production and driving quality across ExpressExpedite and Evolvs next-generation platforms.

Success in the Role : What performance outcomes will you work toward completing

In 30 days you will :

• Develop atop-to-bottom understandingof Evolvs product ecosystem with emphasis on the Express platform architecture core features and system behavior.
• Executemanual regression and functional testingvalidatingnew and existing capabilities.
• LearnEvolvsSQA toolchain including automation frameworks CI / CD workflows and SDLC processes.
• Become proficient inJiraTestRail and internal reporting practices.
• Debug failing test cases file high-quality defect tickets and collaborate across engineering to assess risk and root cause.

Youllbe joining a seasoned group of SQA Engineers (Principal Senior and Staff) who bring deepexpertiseacross both manual and automated testing. Where is the rolelocated

This role is basedonsiteout of the HQ in Waltham Massachusetts with some flexibility in being remote some days.

Compensation and Transparency Statement

The base salary range for this full-time position is$119000- $191000. In addition to base salary this role offers a competitive target bonus equity and a comprehensive benefits package. This range reflects our commitment to pay transparency and equity in alignment with applicable state laws. Our compensation ranges aredeterminedbased on factors such as role level location market benchmarks and internal equity. The posted rangerepresentsthe good-faith estimate of what we expect to pay for this role across U.S. locations. Actual compensation within the range will be based on the candidates skills experience education and geographic location.
