Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

We are seeking an experienced and skilled ER RN to join a respected healthcare facility in Norton, KS.

Details :

• 36 hours per week
• 14-week assignment
• 3x12 hour night shifts

Key Responsibilities :

Provide high-quality patient care in the emergency department and med-surg units

Serve as charge nurse, overseeing staff assignments, workflow, and patient care coordination

Respond quickly and effectively to emergency situations, prioritizing patient safety

Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and other healthcare professionals to deliver optimal outcomes

Requirements :

Current RN license in Kansas (or compact state)

BLS and ACLS certifications required (PALS or TNCC preferred)

Minimum 2 years of solid ER and med-surg experience

Prior leadership or charge nurse experience strongly preferred
