Position Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager specializing in vertical construction for large-scale projects ranging from $20M to $50M . This role is owner-side project management , overseeing design, construction, and hand-off to facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and proven experience managing complex vertical builds, particularly in public-facing, governmental, and safety-critical environments .

Key Responsibilities

• Manage vertical construction projects from design through completion and facilities hand-off.
• Oversee large-scale new construction projects, including highly technical builds such as Sheriff’s safety complexes .
• Ensure alignment with safety and emergency response standards .
• Coordinate project inspection and final turnover to facilities teams.
• Work closely with governmental agencies (e.g., Tax Collector ) and ensure compliance with public-sector requirements.
• Manage systems integration : fire suppression, electrical, HVAC, life safety , and other critical infrastructure.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver projects on time, within scope, and budget.
• Provide accurate cost estimates and quotes for project phases.
