The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and a a passion for supporting both patients and staff in delivering high-quality care.\n\nShift : Full Time Nights, 12 hr shifts (7p-7a)\n\nAssists the manager in planning, organizing, directing and coordinating the day-to-day operation of the patient care unit. Serves as a positive professional role model, exhibiting clinical leadership and decision-making skills.
