LMT Responsibilities (include but not limited to) :

Perform a wide range of massage and body therapies following milk + honey protocols.
Deliver exceptional, high-end customer service to ensure a memorable experience for every guest.
Personify milk + honey’s Core Values in every interaction with guests and coworkers.

Hours and Compensation :

Massage Therapists work a mixture of AM and PM shifts, including weekends and some holidays.

10% commission on sold retail products.

Keep 100% of guest gratuity.

TEXAS : Treatment rates up to $104, not including gratuity.

CALIFORNIA : An average hourly rate typically ranges between $45-$50, including tips. Out of service rate will be paid out at $17.28.

ILLINOIS : An average hourly rate ranges between $46-$50 an hour.

Requirements :

Original State Massage Therapy License / Certification with photo on location.

Must have schedule availability to include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
