Office Assistant
Wage : $20.00 - $24.00 / Hour
Shift : 1st Shift
Hours : 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM, Monday - Friday

Office Assistant Responsibilities :
- Answering the phone and directing calls appropriately acting as a gatekeeper to filter out sales calls
- Assisting and providing backup to AP & AR clerks with data entry of both AP & AR items into the system
- Providing customer service, particularly regarding invoicing for both customers and vendors
- Filing and organizing office records and documents
- Assisting and backing up credit card reconciliations and management
- Assisting in receipt management (Concur)
- Managing the company cell phone account
- Assisting with HR duties
- Assisting in planning and execution of company events and employee gatherings
- Proofing items before posting in the system when needed
- Assisting and backing up ACH batch payment processing and check printing
- Assisting and backing up daily deposits of both checks and electronic payments received
- Assisting and backing up management of expense reports for salespersons and executives
- Sorting and handling mail appropriately
- Managing office supply inventory and placing orders as needed
- Acting as the right hand to the Controller / HR Director in day-to-day operations
- Assisting the President with clerical and administrative needs
- Assisting with PO receivers, confirmation paperwork, and follow-ups
- Working in the company CRM, updating records, and assisting in the movement of machine builds and sales through workflow
- Maintaining a neat and clean lobby area
- Assisting and completing various projects
- Performing other duties as assigned
Requirements For Office Assistant :
