Job descriptionAt least 12 years of relevant work experience in high-end residential construction, renovation, or restoration. Proven ability to adapt to changes, communicate effectively, and deliver projects on schedule by coordinating subcontractors and suppliers while balancing client needs. Strong knowledge of best building practices and safety protocols. Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office, basic construction scheduling tools and weekly paperwork submissions to the office. Ability to read and interpret construction documents, drawings, and related materials. Capable of developing scope, preparing take-offs, and placing timely orders for material delivery.
