Job descriptionAbility to follow the proven sales process to sell the Elements Wellness Program and build customer loyalty. Strong listening skills and comfort conversing with new, existing, and prospective clients. Prior retail sales experience preferred; experience selling memberships or services in person is a plus. Customer service in a spa-like environment is preferred; experience delivering hospitality and execution that distinguishes value. Familiarity with modern office tools; scheduling and payments are processed with user-friendly computer programs. Driven to create a positive work environment and the best client experiences. Bonuses based on monthly conversion numbers. Complimentary monthly massage or facial at the studio. Training and proven processes to support success. Variety and rewarding work experiences. Overview
Retail Sales Associate / Customer Service / Receptionist — Elements Massage, Totowa, NJ. This is a part-time position focused on retail sales, customer service, and front-desk hospitality for potential clients and current members. The role includes engagement with clients, and participation in wellness program sales with commissions and bonuses.
Responsibilities And Duties
- Be flexible with availability and able to work nights, some weekends, and possibly mornings. This is a part-time position requiring training (not a summer role).
- Create an exceptional massage experience for all clients entering the studio.
- Inform clients about the benefits of the Elements Wellness Program, a no-hassle membership plan.
- Follow the proven sales process to enroll clients into the Elements Wellness Program.
- Serve as the first and final face of hospitality, whether on the phone or in the studio.
