Associate Director, Pharmacy Consulting

Description

As a Pharmacy Consultant you will be at the forefront of managing pharmacy benefits projects for clients and leverage your experience as a pharmacy benefits expert to make recommendations on plan design and management. You will participate in new business activities and the creation of new intellectual capital. You will position yourself to grow into a senior relationship management and / or leadership role by serving as the subject matter expert on pharmacy projects and working alongside industry experts on cutting edge solutions.

The ideal candidate is a patient-centric problem solver who possesses the ability to balance client clinical needs and business will collaborate with a strong team of highly experienced consultants within the practice as well as engage in cross-functional activities. A pharmacist is strongly preferred but not required.

The Role

• Lead client Pharmacy engagements for aportfolio of Medium sized clients and / or significantly contributes to large clients in support of :

Pharmacy benefit plan analysis design clinical and cost savings strategies

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state / local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors including but not limited to location of the role individual competencies education / professional certifications qualifications / experience performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).

Compensation

The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $175000-$200000 USDper year.

This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
