Job descriptionManage and optimize hygiene appointment scheduling to maximize patient flow and provider productivity. Ensure compliance with hygiene treatment protocols and practice standards. Coordinate patient education efforts to promote oral health and increase treatment acceptance. Support the hygiene department in achieving performance goals and objectives. Collaborate with the practice management team to attract new patients and promote services. Maintain a patient-centric environment focused on satisfaction and quality care. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Knowledge of dental hygiene procedures and terminology. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment with attention to detail. Empathy and compassion for patients, with a focus on exceptional patient care. Self-motivation and initiative to drive patient engagement and provider growth. Adherence to professional standards and patient confidentiality. Ability to remain stationary 50% of the time and move around the office as needed. Proficient in using computer systems and office equipment for administrative tasks. Full-time, minimum 40 hours per week. Monitor key performance indicators such as hygiene production, case acceptance rates, appointment cancellations, and reappointment rates.
