What You’ll Do :

 Take the Field : Begin earning an income week one by connecting face-to-face

with small and medium-sized business owners, benefits managers, and

employees to deliver industry-leading products.

 Set and Crush Goals : Collaborate with your sales manager to establish monthly

and quarterly targets, plan your weekly schedule, and track your daily progress to

stay ahead of the game.

 Grow Your Portfolio : Move your book of business from business development to

relationship management. Develop and nurture your own client base while re-

servicing existing clients to ensure long-term success.
