Superior Fence & Rail is an industry leader with multiple branch locations. We partner with a national home improvement chain, multiple home builders and general contractors for fence installation requirements.

Superior Fence & Rail is an industry leader seeking full-time Estimator for immediate hire. Work consists of estimating and management of commercial projects (Tennis Courts, High Security Fences, Sport Field Backstops, etc.).

Minimum requirements :

• Minimum of 2-3 years of estimating experience in commercial and public works construction - preferably in the fencing and / or guardrail industry (or equivalent combination of technical training and related experience)
• Able to read, understand, and interpret blueprints and perform detailed and accurate take-offs
• Able to read, understand and interpret technical specifications and special provisions
• Able to problem solve independently (and be proactive in problem solving)
• Able to maintain confidentiality of all company proprietary information
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Very strong organizational skills
• Able to prioritize workloads efficiently and work independently
• Able to work well and maintain composure under pressure
• Experience using Google's G Suites
