Registered Nurse (RN) - Stepdown Unit Pay Information $2,450 to $2,500 per week Shift Details Nights - 3 x 12 hours About the Position Job Description : Our Stepdown unit is a fast-paced environment where you will play a critical role in providing exceptional care to patients who require close monitoring and intervention. You will be the bridge between the ICU and Med / Surg floors, making a significant impact on patient outcomes. ‍⚕️ Your Role & Our Patients : You will care for a diverse patient population with diagnoses including : Cardiac conditions & post-cath / pacer procedures ❤️ Pneumonia (PNA) & COVID patients ETOH withdrawal ICU downgrades Please note : This unit does not handle open heart patients. Common Drips You'll Manage : Insulin, Heparin, Cardizem, Nitro, Amiodarone, Dopamine, and Dobutamine. Scheduling & Other Details : Shifts : 12-hour shifts (specific times : 0545-1815 / 1730-0615). Weekends : Required, typically every other weekend. Holidays : Required.
