Job Description
The Role
As an Enterprise Account Executive, you'll play a critical role in expanding Thought Industries' presence among enterprises. You'll represent both our Learning Platform and next-generation AI solutions, working in a collaborative, high-growth, people-first environment where your impact drives both customer success and company growth.
This is a full-time position based in our Boston office, with a requirement to work onsite at least three (3) days per week as part of our hybrid work model. This role reports to the Vice President, Enterprise Sales.

Meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly SaaS bookings targetsDeveloping and executing sales and territory plansProspecting and pipeline development with your SDR on target accountsSelling both our Learning Platform and AI-powered Customer Value Realization Agents to Enterprise businessesPreparing and demonstrating Thought Industries' solutions to executive stakeholdersLeading consultative sales cycles that align customer challenges to valueManaging complex, multi-threaded deals and navigating internal and external stakeholdersEvangelizing the value of Thought Industries' Product Portfolio and solution value at industry events and networking opportunities.Why Join Thought Industries

Bachelor's Degree required7+ years of B2B SaaS sales experienceTrack record of consistently exceeding quotas with self-sourced and inbound opportunitiesAbility to close complex sales through technical skill, credibility, and deep discoveryExceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skillsExperience in demoing SaaS solutions via remote software platformsProven success in building sales and business plans within specified verticals or market segmentsFamiliarity selling to executive stakeholders in Customer Success, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and LearningPassion for learning technology, customer education, or Learning Platform solutions; experience in these areas is a strong plusHigh interest in AI-driven innovation and the future of customer value realizationMotivated, resilient, and hungry to succeed in a collaborative, fast-paced environmentExperience using a variety of sales-tech, including Salesforce, Gong, G-SuiteAdditional Information

The salary for this position is $125,000 with $125,000 variable commission
