Boeing Company is seeking an Associate Estimating & Pricing Specialist to join our team in Everett, WA. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining parametric cost models and providing rapid, reliable cost estimates across projects and programs. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical skills, industry knowledge, and experience with statistical and parametric techniques to support early-phase decision-making. This position will be a part of the Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) Product Development Estimating team, a group focused on the next generation of commercial technologies and airplanes.
The team has four sub-teams supporting various aspects of the Commercial Product Development (PD) Organization : Financial Modeling, Production System, Config / Trade Studies and Balanced Design. BCA Product Development is complex and fast-paced environment, and all teams will require creative problem-solving and cross-functional partnership to support business priorities. The Config / Trade Studies team is responsible for configuration / program level estimates of investment and unit cost, as well as supporting detailed trade analysis to mature the product configuration. The team is aligned by customer / 'Integrated Product Team' (IPT) and each candidate will act as a primary Point of Contact (POC) for Estimating requests from business partners. The ideal candidate will be a strong critical thinker and creative problem-solver with a passion for learning technical details of the product and production system. You will also be a dynamic communicator and negotiator, able to express and defend financial analysis simply to executive leaders while working under tight deadlines with competing priorities.

Summary Pay Range : $83,700 - $102,300
