Insurance Agent (Base salary + Uncapped commissions)

Schedule : Full-Time Salary Range : USD $55000.00 - $65000.00 Job Category : Sales - Comparion Description We are looking for a Sales Agent to join our team in our Irving office. Success in this role will require a strong local network and in-person relationship building in the community. This is an in office / field sales focused position. Responsible for selling medical stop loss insurance products; renewing medical stop loss insurance policies; identifying, soliciting and submitting quality prospects; and meeting and communicating with policyholders, prospects and distribution partners to identify and satisfy customer needs. Qualifications Knowledge of medical stop loss products, coverages, reinsurance markets, and distribution channels Capabilities include ability to listen well, build rapport, and project confidence; prospecting and negotiation skills; resilience, persistence and adaptability; strong presentation skills; time management skills; and relationship management skills Knowledge, capabilities and other skills as normally acquired through a bachelors degree and at least 5 years of experience About Us Pay Philosophy : The typical starting salary range for this role is determined by a number of factors including skills, experience, education, certifications and location.
