Email Marketing Associate

A company is looking for an Associate, Growth Marketing (Email).

Key Responsibilities

Manage and execute end-to-end communications campaigns primarily through email, while also utilizing push, SMS, and in-app notifications

Maintain a high-velocity campaign calendar and oversee the production of multiple campaigns weekly

Prepare data reports and analyses of campaign results to support various departments within the company

Required Qualifications

1+ years of experience in growth and email marketing, preferably in a B2C marketplace or tech / finance sector

Hands-on experience building campaigns in major ESP / CRM platforms such as Iterable, Braze, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud

Experience in e-commerce or financial services consumer products

Strong proficiency in HTML / CSS is a major plus

Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of tactical requests in a fast-paced environment
