Ideal candidates for the IP Associate position will have 1-3 years of experience in drafting and prosecuting patent applications in the electrical or mechanical arts. This position is full-time and onsite.

Qualifications :

• Must have a New Jersey State bar license in good standing and ideally be registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office
• Must have 1-3 years of experience in drafting and prosecuting patent applications in the electrical or mechanical arts
• Must have superior academic credentials
• Must have patent prosecution experience
• Must have excellent writing, interpersonal, and communication skills
