Position Overview:

• Maintain luxury condominium property organization and appearance
• Handle minor maintenance, landscaping, plumbing, electrical work
• Ensure property is in good standing for a safe and comfortable environment

Requirements:

• Hard-working, motivated, and energetic
• Minimum 2 years of handyman experience
• Fluent in English
• Strong knowledge of boilers, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting

Duties:

• Monitor and inspect operating equipment daily
• Paint, grout, and clean apartments
• Perform preventative maintenance and cleaning building systems
• Maintain good relations with residents, tenants, and staff

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
