Job Title :  Sr. Director Post-Secondary Student Success

Reports To :  Chief Program Operations Officer

Location :  North Texas Region (Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex and surrounding areas)

Position Type :  Full-Time, Hybrid

Position Summary :

We are seeking a dynamic and mission-driven Sr. Director Post Secondary Student Success. This leader will lead cross-sector efforts to increase college enrollment and completion among high school graduates and returning learners across the region. This role will convene higher education institutions, school districts, and community organizations to develop and implement regional strategies that expand access to postsecondary education, especially for students in lower income communities and adults with no credential or some college but no degree.

Key Responsibilities :

Regional Convening and Collaboration

• Facilitate regular convenings of North Texas higher education institutions, K-12 leaders, and community partners.
• Build and sustain collaborative relationships with Higher Ed institutions across the region.
• Promote shared goals and collective action to improve post-secondary access and success.
