Job descriptionTechnical Requirements PowerBI Advanced Analytics skillset Advanced Data Visualization Skills SQL / DAX Core Responsibilities Ensures all projects and data developed is value-adding and provides actionable insights. Build new data tables and adjust existing tables. Ability to find a way to be able to look at data to see how it will change reporting. Strong experience and understanding of Microsoft Power Platform Strong experience with DB and Data modeling Experience with other low code business driven modeling systems like PowerApps – Nintex, AppSheet, Salesforce Platform will be considered as an advantage 4+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft PowerBI Knowledge and experience in Scrum methodology Development practices : code review, coding standards, continuous integration, pair programming Ability to understand a business problem and work through various legacy systems. Ability to communicate clearly and efficiently with internal business members Education Level : Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Field of Study : Information Sciences, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics Years' Experience : Generally, requires 3-5 years related experience Dental insurance Health insurance Vision insurance Weekly pay 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Power BI : 4 years (Required) DAX : 4 years (Required) SQL : 4 years (Required) Houston, TX 77002 (Required)

- Summary
Our Fortune 200 Environment Services client located in Downtown Houston is looking for a PowerBI Developer to join their Collection Operations team. You will be a key player in designing and developing new applications and automations as well as extending and supporting existing solutions using PowerBI, SQL and DAX. This position is extremely visible within the organization as you will be supporting core functions across the entire business and you will have the opportunity to build, enhance, and support PowerBI solutions for multiple areas of the business, requiring a broad degree of independence, knowledge, and critical thinking skills.
