Sales Executive / Market Advisor

Motus Freight is seeking a high-energy, driven, and sales-focused professional to join our team as a Sales Executive / Market Advisor. This is a true hunter role, ideal for someone with a passion for building relationships and driving new business. We pay for talent & experience!

What You'll Do :

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through continuous prospecting.
Convert leads into active sales and develop a strong book of business.
Work collaboratively in a team-driven environment to grow and maintain customer relationships.

What We're Looking For :

3+ years of freight brokerage 3PL sales experience (required).

A self-motivated, results-driven mindset.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.
