English Language Learner (ELL) Teacher

Location :  Kansas City, MO

Employment Type :  Full-Time (10 month) 25-26 school year

Salary :  Competitive

Position Overview :

The ELL Teacher supports English learners in developing language skills to meet academic standards. This role includes co-planning, co-teaching, and providing targeted instruction to meet the diverse linguistic and cultural needs of students.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assess language proficiency and academic needs
• Deliver push-in / pull-out support and small group instruction
• Collaborate with classroom teachers on lesson planning and delivery
• Track student progress and maintain documentation in compliance with state / federal guidelines
• Communicate with families and staff regularly
• Participate in ongoing professional development
