Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Home Health Aide located in Haverford, PA. The Home Health Aide will be responsible for providing personal care and support to patients, assisting with activities of daily living, and ensuring patients’ comfort and safety. Daily tasks include bathing, dressing, meal preparation, and light housekeeping. The role also involves helping with mobility, monitoring vital signs, and effective communication with patients and their families.

Qualifications

• Skills in Home Care and Patient Care
• Proficiency in Activities of Daily Living and Personal Care
• Strong Communication skills
• Compassionate and empathetic nature
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans
• High school diploma or equivalent; CNA certification preferred
• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
