Job descriptionWeekend call is 1 : 10 All call post day off Case load depends on room : Thoracic Vascular OB / maternity Gynecology ENT Ophthalmology Ortho Urology Healthy Peds nothing less than 1 year old Sign on Bonus : 15% of base salary (paid when contract signed and forgiven over 2 years) Vacation : 272 hours PTO CME / Books & Journals : 5 days PTO and up to $5000 Deferred compensation : 457b plan. Defer compensation up to IRS limit of $20,500 year before taxes. No matching. Retirement / Savings Plan : 403b plan. Defer compensation up to IRS limit of $23,000 year before taxes under age 50 and $30,500 for over age 50. SOMC matches dollar for dollar up to 2% of base pay. Moving Expense : $10,000 paid to moving company Malpractice Insurance Coverage : in a claims made insurance, in an amount of $2,000,000, per claim / $6,000,000, aggregate Bonus Incentives : excellent bonus incentives up to 10% of salary Student Loan Reimbursement : repay up to $80,000 ($10,000 per year for each year of service commitment) Overtime Pay : (time and a half) for any hours worked over 40 hours in a week. Evening Differential : Monday Thursday after 4 : 00 p.m. Weekend Differential : Friday after 4 : 00 p.m. Monday prior to 7 : 00 a.m. On call premium pay

We are seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our expanding hospital-based Anesthesia group, currently consisting of 8 anesthesiologists and 20 CRNAs. The position offers a flexible 4-day work week with a rotating call schedule, with new graduates encouraged to apply. Comprehensive benefits include a sign-on bonus, generous PTO, and student loan reimbursement, set against the backdrop of a vibrant community in Scioto County known for its rich history and recreational opportunities.
Looking for a CRNA to join our growing hospital employed Anesthesia group of 8 anesthesiologists and 20 CRNAs. 4 day work week with rotating call. No surgery center to cover. New grads are welcome!
- 4 days per week with rotating call
- Office hours : Monday Friday 7 : 00a - 3 : 30p (cases start at 7 : 30 a.m.), hours may extend past 3 : 30 p.m. with Surgery add-on cases.
