Key Responsibilities :
- Assist with patient admissions, including orientation to unit routines and equipment.
- Respond promptly to patient needs, providing direct assistance or communicating with appropriate staff.
- Support the nursing care plan by performing delegated patient care tasks.
- Maintain patient safety through proper use of equipment and supplies.
- Manage and stock patient care supplies, ensuring a clean and organized environment.
- Participate in cost containment efforts and accurate patient service charging.
- Engage in educational and performance improvement activities.
- Perform waived testing and maintain required skills per unit competency.
- Demonstrate commitment to customer satisfaction and efficient patient throughput.

Education and Certifications :
High school diploma or equivalent.Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required.Current registration with the appropriate state nursing assistant registry.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.Experience and Skills :
No prior work experience required; on-the-job training provided.Strong guest relations and communication skills, both verbal and written.Ability to read and understand English.Flexibility in work tasks and schedules.Basic computer proficiency.Understanding of age-specific patient care considerations.Physical Requirements :
