Safety Specialist

Progressive Safety is looking for a dedicated Safety Specialist to support a high-profile construction project in Smithville, MO . If you thrive in fast-paced environments, have a sharp eye for hazard identification, and are passionate about protecting workers on large-scale job sites, this is the opportunity for you!

Full-time, onsite at a single location

Competitive Pay + Benefits Package + Per diem for non local candidates

Expected working hours : 50+hrs a week : Monday-Friday (10hrs) and potential Saturday (8 hours)

What We're Looking For :

• OSHA 500 or CHST or Bachelors degree in Safety
• 3+ years of construction safety experience (Mega-project experience is a plus : data centers, manufacturing, EV, etc.)
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving job site
