We are looking for a Channel Operations / Delivery Operations Specialist to support the online delivery business for multiple stores in the U.S. market. The role focuses on coordinating with local teams, optimizing digital operations, and improving overall delivery performance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Online Delivery Platform Management
- Support store onboarding and daily maintenance across major third-party delivery platforms.
- Manage menu accuracy, product availability, pricing updates, images, and store information.
- Liaise with platform representatives to stay informed about marketing opportunities and best practices.
2. Performance Monitoring & Optimization
Track key operational metrics such as order volume, average order value, conversion, and visibility.Analyze trends and traffic sources to identify growth opportunities.Assist in planning promotional activities and evaluating their impact.Review customer feedback and coordinate with stores on service improvements.3. Store Collaboration
Train store teams on delivery processes including preparation, packaging, and handoff.Monitor fulfillment times, error rates, and operational consistency.Contribute to building and refining delivery SOPs.4. Marketing Coordination
Support execution of platform-based promotional campaigns and seasonal events.Evaluate campaign effectiveness and return on advertising spend.Collect competitor insights for pricing and promotional benchmarking.5. Data & System Coordination
Assist with syncing delivery data into internal systems.Maintain store account settings and operational configurations.Prepare weekly / monthly performance summaries with recommendations.Requirements
Chinese proficiency1+ year experience in delivery operations, digital operations, or restaurant / retail operationsFamiliarity with third-party delivery platform backend toolsBasic data analysis skills (Excel / Google Sheets)Strong execution, proactive mindset, ability to work across time zonesDetail-oriented and responsible, with strong problem-solving skills
