Search Made Easy is representing a client seeking an HR Business Partner to join their team. This role is designed for a professional who can balance strategy with execution along with partnering with leadership while supporting employees day-to-day.

Highlights of the Role

• Partner with business leaders to align HR with business goals
• Lead workforce planning, recruiting, onboarding, and succession initiatives
• Provide coaching and support on performance management and employee relations
• Drive employee engagement programs and support organizational change
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and mitigate HR risks
• Analyze HR data and present insights to leadership
