Director, It Business Partner
We are seeking a results-driven Director, IT Business Partner to lead the digital transformation and optimization of our Manufacturing and Supply Chain systems. This role will serve as the strategic interface between IT and Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Operations, with a focus on improving inventory management, order fulfillment, and distribution processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with NetSuite SCM modules and Siemens OpCenter, and a strong understanding of end-to-end manufacturing and supply chain operations. The role will also support special projects and systems in Research & Product Development.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary IT liaison to Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Operations leadership
- Lead initiatives to improve inventory accuracy, fulfillment cycle times, and distribution efficiency
- Manage and optimize NetSuite SCM modules (Inventory, Demand Planning, Procurement, Fulfillment)
- Oversee Siemens OpCenter deployments and integrations
- Drive cross-functional projects from planning through execution, including vendor and budget management
- Identify and implement process improvements across planning, production, warehousing, distribution and logistics
- Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, Quality, and IT Infrastructure teams to ensure seamless integration
- Support the development of dashboards and KPIs to monitor supply chain performance
- Ensure systems meet regulatory, quality, and cybersecurity standards
Qualifications / Requirements
10+ years of experience in IT or Business Systems roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership or business partner capacityProven experience supporting Manufacturing and Supply Chain operations through technologyStrong knowledge of NetSuite SCM modules is requiredDemonstrated success in optimizing inventory management, order fulfillment, and distribution processesExperience managing cross-functional projects and vendor relationshipsExcellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skillsBachelor's degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field (MBA or equivalent preferred)This position requires the ability to travel, as needed, to support multi-site collaboration, project delivery, and stakeholder engagementPreferred Qualifications
